30-Day Return Guarantee
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging where applicable
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Note: Due to the nature of our products, items that have been used (e.g. binchotan placed in water, opened deodoriser packs) cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Return
- Email us at hello@goodlifestore.com.au with your order reference and reason for return
- We'll send you a return shipping address and instructions
- Post the item(s) back to us securely
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5 business days
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product
- For faulty or incorrect items, we'll provide a prepaid return label
Refunds
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping.
Australian Consumer Law
Our returns policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a refund or replacement regardless of this policy.
